We use genuine OEM parts as our standard on all phone and laptop repairs — identical to what came in your device originally, backed by our lifetime guarantee. Cheaper alternative parts are available in certain situations, but we'll always give you an honest recommendation. If we wouldn't use it ourselves, we'll tell you.

Yes. Most repairs don't require us to access your data at all. We recommend backing up your device before any repair as a precaution. If a repair does require a factory reset, we'll always tell you in advance. Your privacy is taken seriously — we never access personal files.
