Which Condition?

Flawless (Like New)
No scratches or dents. Screen and body look new and everything works.
Good (Normal Use)
Light wear and minor scuffs. No cracks, and everything works.
Fair (Scratches/Dents)
Visible scratches, dents or scuffs, but fully working.
Broken / Cracked Screen
Cracked screen or back glass, or other damage. It doesn't need to power on, but tell us if it doesn't.

What We Need
From You.

  • Your phone and a valid photo ID.
  • Signed out of iCloud / your Google account. We can't buy a phone that's still locked to you. We'll erase it with you in the shop.
  • Not reported lost or stolen. We check every phone's IMEI against the Canadian and US blacklists before we pay.
  • Back up anything you want to keep. The phone is erased before it leaves your hands.

How is my estimate calculated?

We start from the current price for your model, adjust for the storage size, then for the condition you select. The estimate updates live as you choose.

Is the estimate the final price?

It's what we expect to pay if the phone matches the condition you picked. We confirm in person after a quick inspection, and if it differs we'll explain why before you decide.

Do I need an appointment?

No. Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours. Reserving your offer is optional and just helps us have the cash ready.

How do I get paid?

In cash or by Interac e-Transfer, on the spot, once the phone is checked.

Can I trade in toward a new or used phone?

Ask us in the shop. We'll tell you what your phone is worth toward anything in our shop.
