Most common repairs — cracked screens, battery replacements, charging ports — are done same day, often within the hour. More complex issues like liquid damage or motherboard repairs may take longer. We'll always give you an honest time estimate before we start.

For many repairs there are two options. Genuine OEM parts are identical to what came in your device originally and carry a lifetime guarantee for as long as you own it. Standard (non-genuine) parts cost less, can differ slightly in colour, brightness or touch feel, and carry a 90-day warranty. We recommend genuine OEM parts, tell you the price of each option up front, and say so honestly if we wouldn't use a part ourselves. See parts options.

Simple — you pay nothing. We operate on a strict No Fix, No Fee policy. We'll also diagnose your device for free and give you an honest recommendation on whether repair makes financial sense before any work begins.

Yes. Most repairs don't require us to access your data at all. We recommend backing up your device before any repair as a precaution. If a repair does require a factory reset, we'll always tell you in advance. Your privacy is taken seriously — we never access personal files.

Walk-ins are always welcome. If you want to guarantee a specific time slot or get a quote in advance, you can book online through our quote tool. Either way, we'll take care of you.

Bring it in as soon as possible — the sooner, the better. Turn it off immediately and don't try to charge it. We specialize in liquid damage repair and have saved many phones that seemed like write-offs. We'll do a free diagnostic to assess the damage honestly.
